Toss the confetti! Maddox is here!
You might remember Kevin & Ashley & Braxton from some of their previous portrait sessions with me. Well, this sweet family recently welcomed this adorable little man into the world. After spending almost two weeks in the NICU, Maddox finally got to go home and I was honored to photograph him. Here are just a few sneak peek images.
Since Maddox was a preemie and it is still cold & flu & RSV season, neither of us wanted to risk getting him sick. So, I took care of the setups and Ashley did all the posing. Didn’t she do a great job? I will say it was really weird getting through an entire newborn session without touching the baby even once, but I completely understood Ashley’s concerns and we made it work.
We even got a smile out of Maddox after the confetti toss! He’s such a cutie!
